Self-portrait 2 ‘salt’

Sehr Jalil | is there anything that is not art? | blog

The day Alexander’s horses refused to eat the greens from that soil - I knew I would be found.. I was bitter for them but luminous and transparent inside, the Himalayas breathed softer due to me, light had another friend… I could make people breath better…

Sea water is gulped out by swimmers if they consume it by mistake, it feels like 89 crates of bitterness in a single shot but the sea can’t do without me..

There’s a famous dialogue from a Bollywood film “pushpaaa, I haaate tears, tears are saline water..”  tears cant do without me,
I’m the salt of the salt range..
There’s a bit of me in the sun and a sun of me in your skin..
